Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Philosophy

We want students to buy with clarity, not pressure. Xaptiq offers diagnostics, previews, package details, and plan information so you can understand what you are getting before payment. If something goes wrong, we will try to resolve it fairly and quickly.

2. Free and Beta Access

Some cohorts, including beta cohorts, may be offered free for a limited time. Since no payment is collected for free access, there is no refund due for those offerings. We may change free or beta access terms prospectively.

3. When Refunds May Be Approved

A refund may be approved in these cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same package or subscription period.
  • Payment succeeded but access was not activated, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • You purchased the wrong package by mistake and contact us within 14 days without substantial usage.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents meaningful use of the purchased package.

4. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Because Xaptiq provides digital educational content and test access, refunds are usually not available once the package has been substantially used.

  • You have attempted tests, consumed a significant part of the package, or downloaded/accessed substantial content.
  • The refund request is made after 14 days from purchase.
  • You changed your mind after using the product.
  • You were not selected in an exam, did not achieve a desired score, or did not complete your plan.
  • Your account was suspended for account sharing, content misuse, or violation of our Terms.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

If a package is sold as a monthly subscription, cancelling stops future renewals. The current paid period generally remains active until the end of the billing cycle. We do not usually provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days in an active billing cycle, unless required by applicable law or approved by us for a specific support reason.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Package name and payment date.
  • Payment reference, UPI reference, order ID, or invoice number if available.
  • A short explanation of the issue.

7. Review and Processing Timeline

  • We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 business days.
  • The final credit timeline depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
  • Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

8. Taxes, Discounts, and Offers

If a refund is approved, the refundable amount may account for discounts, coupons, taxes, gateway charges, or usage already consumed. Duplicate or failed payments, where verified, will be refunded according to the amount actually received by us.

9. Exam Outcomes

Xaptiq helps with preparation through diagnostics, tests, analytics, and adaptive planning. We do not promise exam selection, specific marks, rank, interview calls, or admission outcomes. Refunds are not issued based on exam results.
